▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A gold-graphene composite nanomaterial preparation method involves preparing soluble salt solution of gold, adding oxidized graphene to the solution, and dispersing the mixture uniformly. The mixture is inserted with anode and cathode and supplied with current under constant pressure followed by collecting the nanomaterial at cathode surface. USE - Method for preparation of gold-graphene composite nanomaterial for use in glucose detection (both claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparing the gold-graphene composite nanomaterial with excellent repeatability in simple and rapid manner. The gold-graphene composite nanomaterial can be firmly adhered to the surface of electrode, has high sensitivity and wide detection limit, allows response time to glucose to be shorter than 3 seconds and the lowest detection limit to be 25 mu mol/l during electrochemical test. The nanomaterial containing gold particles are uniformly dispersed in graphene, and the highly dispersed gold particles provide large surface area for electric cataltyic reaction. The graphene can promote electron transfer rate due to high electric conductivity, and prevent agglomeration phenomenon in detection process due to stable layered structure in order to improve the catalysis property and the stability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for the gold-graphene composite nanomaterial.
