▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A polyethylene polyamine-graphene hybrid curing agent comprises 100 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 1-300 pts. wt. peroxide, 1-5000 pts. wt. dispersing agent and 1-200 pts. wt. polyethylene polyamine. USE - Polyethene polyamine-graphene hybrid curing agent for curing of epoxy coating. ADVANTAGE - The curing agent capable of improving the coating performance is prepared by a simple method under mild reaction conditions. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) preparation of polyethylene polyamine-graphene hybrid curing agent, which involves dispersing graphene oxide in a dispersing agent under stirring to prepare a graphene oxide dispersion, dispersing the peroxide in the same dispersing agent to prepare a peroxide dispersion, followed by stirring conditions, adding dropwise the peroxide dispersion to the graphene oxide dispersion, stirring uniformly, ultrasonically treating for 10-120 minutes, adding polyethylene polyamine, stopping reaction after reacting at room temperature 120 degrees C for 0.5-24 hours, repeatedly washing the reaction product with the dispersing agent, removing the free compound by centrifugation or filtration; and (2) application method of polyethylene polyamine-graphene hybrid curing agent, which involves adding 0.1-30 %mass polyethylene polyamine-graphene hybrid curing agent, arranging as an anticorrosive paint in the epoxy resin, after being uniformly mixed and coating on the surface of the metal substrate to prepare the anticorrosive coating.
