USE - High strength and high resilience thermoplastic elastomer medical tourniquet. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of medical tourniquet comprising taking raw materials, weighing, mixing, double screw extruding, and granulating; and injecting into mold, vacuum molding to 170-200 degrees C for 8 hours, and cooling.
