▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The graphene composite electrode comprises graphene sheets, a conducting polymer, and a substrate. The graphene sheets are doped into the conducting polymer. The conducting polymer is coated onto the substrate. The graphene sheets have an average size of 10-50 mu m and a length of 10 mu m, and comprise a surfactant. USE - The graphene composite electrode is useful in optoelectronic devices such as organic LEDs. ADVANTAGE - The graphene composite electrode exhibits high transparency, increased flexibility, and improved bending fatigue resistance thus providing cost-effective optoelectronic devices with light weight. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method of fabricating a graphene composite electrode.
