The nickel foam provides a good framework, so that the reducing oxidation graphene network is connected, reduces oxidation graphene provided with multiple active sites, increases the specific surface area, improves electron/ion mobility, and thus the capacitor charge and discharge rate is greatly increased. The structure of the graphene/nickel foam is stable to make the capacitor have good cycle stability in the process of charging and discharging. The method is simple, environment-friendly and pollution-free, large-scale production, and has high carbon concentration and catalytic performance.
