▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing graphene/nickel foam electrode by water plasticizing and foaming reduction method, comprises (a) cleaning and pre-treating the nickel foam; (b) preparing the crystalline flake graphite to be oxidized graphene Hummers, and processing to obtain graphene oxide dispersion; (c) using nickel foam as the anode and graphene oxide dispersion as the deposition solution, preparing the graphene oxide/nickel foam electrode by electrochemical deposition, and freeze-drying; and (d) subjecting the graphene oxide/nickel foam to water plasticization and foaming and drying to obtain a reduced graphene oxide/nickel foam device. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene/nickel foam electrode by water plasticizing and foaming reduction method. ADVANTAGE - The method has simple technique and good repeatability. The nickel foam provides a good framework, so that the reducing oxidation graphene network is connected, reduces oxidation graphene provided with multiple active sites, increases the specific surface area, improves electron/ion mobility, and thus the capacitor charge and discharge rate is greatly increased. The structure of the graphene/nickel foam is stable to make the capacitor have good cycle stability in the process of charging and discharging. The method is simple, environment-friendly and pollution-free, large-scale production, and has high carbon concentration and catalytic performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a graphene/nickel foam electrode by water plasticizing and foaming reduction method.
