NOVELTY - The X-ray radiation passage window (1) comprises a radiation-transmissive window element (3) that incorporates graphene containing layer (4) with thickness larger than or equivalent to 100 nm. The window element is formed with a visible light blocking layer made of aluminum and a passivation film made of boron nitride and is connected to a window support element (5). The window support element is formed of silicon, silicon dioxide, quartz, silicon nitride, silicon carbide, aluminum oxide, aluminum nitride, copper, nitrogen, molybdenum or tungsten. USE - X-ray radiation passage window for radiation detector (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The chemical resistance of the radiation-transmissive window element can be enhanced so that the transmission of the high and low energy X-rays through the X-ray radiation passage window can be performed efficiently.
