NOVELTY - Method for dyeing involves cotton-graphene-nylon twill black fabric involves singeing nylon-graphene composite at 1000-1100 degrees C and rate of 110-115 m/minute, cooling the singed composite to 20-30 degrees C for 16-24 hours, bleaching the composite in solution containing 1-2 g/L caustic soda and 5-6 g/L 100%-hydrogen peroxide at 95-100 degrees C for 50-60 minutes, whitening using 2-3 g/L brightener at 140-142 degrees C, immersing the composite fabric in a dyeing solution containing active Black M-2R, sodium sulfate and soda ash, heating for 10-30 minutes, stirring, cooling, and washing the fabric. USE - Method for dyeing involves cotton-graphene-nylon twill black fabric (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method provides dyed cotton-graphene-nylon twill black fabric with excellent color fastness. The dyed cotton-graphene-nylon twill black fabric can be industrially manufactured. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Method for dyeing involves cotton-graphene-nylon twill black fabric involves singeing nylon-graphene composite at 1000-1100 degrees C and rate of 110-115 m/minute, cooling the singed composite in a solution containing 45-50 g/L caustic soda and 7-9 g/L 100% hydrogen peroxide to 20-30 degrees C for 16-24 hours, bleaching the composite in solution containing 1-2 g/L caustic soda and 5-6 g/L 100%-hydrogen peroxide at 95-100 degrees C for 50-60 minutes, whitening using 2-3 g/L brightener at 140-142 degrees C, immersing the composite fabric in a dyeing solution, heating for 10-30 minutes, stirring, cooling, and washing the fabric. The dyeing solution is obtained by mixing active Black M-2R having basic weight of 4.5-5.5%, 30-32 g/L sodium sulfate, 20-22 g/L soda ash, and water, stirring at 60-70 degrees C for 5 minutes.
