NOVELTY - A knitted underwear fabric is woven by warp thread and weft thread through a double-sided knitting machine. The warp and weft threads are made of blended yarn. The warp thread is a blended yarn of coffee carbon fiber/fine wool fiber. The weft thread is a blended yarn of bamboo pulp fiber/modified polylactic acid fiber. The weight ratio of coffee carbon fiber and fine wool fiber is 1:(3-5). The weight ratio of the bamboo pulp fiber and modified polylactic acid fiber is 1:(4-7). USE - Knitted underwear fabric for bellyband, sweater, half arm, and brassiere. ADVANTAGE - The knitted underwear fabric has excellent moisture-absorbing and fast-drying healthcare function, excellent ventilation property, and antibacterial and deodorizing effects, can quickly guide the sweat and moisture away from the skin surface, and is prepared by simple operation. The obtained blended fabric structure is stable and has high productivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for the preparation method of knitted underwear fabric, which involves (1) mixing the coffee carbon fiber and fine wool fiber according to the weight ratio, and spinning by automatic winding process to obtain blended yarn of coffee carbon fiber/fine wool fiber, mixing the bamboo pulp fiber and modified polylactic acid fiber according to the weight ratio, and spinning by automatic winding process to obtain blended yarn of bamboo pulp fiber/modified polylactic acid fiber, (2) using the blended yarn of coffee carbon fiber/fine wool fiber as warp and blended yarn of bamboo pulp fiber/modified polylactic acid fiber as weft, and weaving the warp knitting process into a double-coil structure to obtain a blank cloth, where the coil structure formed by the warp is greater than the coil structure formed by the weft, and the height difference between the height of the loop formed by the warp and the height of the loop formed by the weft is 40-70 mum, (3) flat water washing the grey cloth, setting the temperature to 60-70degrees Celsius, orderly pre-shaping, refining, hot washing, cold water washing, dyeing, softening and finishing, finishing and storing the fabric finishing softening treatment to obtain a final product.
