NOVELTY - A graphene oxide is generated by partial-reduction reaction of graphene oxide having oxidation degree (oxygen content) of 5-40 wt.%. The laminated form of the graphene oxide has an electro conductivity of 5x 102-1x 104 S/m in the surface direction, thermal conductivity in the surface direction of 1-35 W/m.K. The graphene oxide has electroconductivity in the surface direction of 500-8000 S/m, when the thermal conductivity in the surface direction is 1 W/m.K. USE - Graphene oxide used for forming laminate sheet used as electroconductive material, thermoelectric material, and electrode material (all claimed) for internal electrode of battery, lithium-ion secondary battery, electronic device, electroconductive roll for printer and superconductive current lead. Can also be used in electroconductivity imparting agent, thermal insulating imparting agent, resin reinforcing agent, coating agent, and lubricating oil. ADVANTAGE - The graphene oxide has excellent thermal conductivity, electroconductivity, and dispersibility.
