▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Ultra-fine grain gradient hard alloy comprises 5-8 pts. wt. titanium, 2-3 pts. tantalum, niobium and silicon carbide, 2-3 pts. wt. bismuth/manganese, 1-2 pts. iron, 1-2 pts. wt. cobalt powder, 0.5-1 pts. wt. graphene, 2-21 pts. wt. chromium carbide and 95-105 pts. wt. tungsten carbide. USE - The ultra-fine crystal grain gradient hard alloy is useful for manufacturing milling cutter (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The hard alloy can improve the hardness of the alloy and resist the plastic deformation ability, maintains the expansion coefficient of the hard alloy material consistent with the coating, avoids the crack at high temperature caused by the difference of the expansion coefficient between the coating and the cutter base body, and prolongs the service life of the cutting tool. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the hard alloy.
