NOVELTY - Sand mold comprises sand particles (110); an adhesive containing water glass (120) positioned between the sand particles and imparting adhesive force to maintain a sand-shaped shape; and nanostructures (140) dispersed in water glass. The adhesive further comprises a binder (130), preferably photocurable resin. The nanostructures comprise carbon fibers, carbon nanotubes, graphene and/or cellulose. USE - The sand mold is useful for sand casting method (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The sand mold minimizes use of harmful substances, is environmentally friendly, improves process speed, reduces process defects and material cost, shortens process time when manufacturing products, and easily recovers sand particles.
