NOVELTY - Composition comprises silver, reduced graphene oxide and epoxy resin. USE - The composition is useful for a lead-free solder, which is used for manufacturing solder joint product and electronic components (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The composition exhibits excellent thermal stability and mechanical properties, and improved electrical conductivity, does not make use of lead, and thus it is environmentally friendly, and is cost-effective. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) a lead-free solder comprising the above composition; (2) a solder joint product formed by joining the lead-free solder; and (3) electronic components formed by joining the lead-free solder.
