NOVELTY - Aryl graphene film comprises graphene, and surface of graphene is grafted with aromatic hydrocarbon compound. USE - Used as aryl graphene film. ADVANTAGE - The aryl graphene barrier film has good ultraviolet resistance, solves the problem of poor hydrophobicity and ultraviolet resistance of existing barrier film by introducing hydrophobic aromatic compound having ultraviolet absorption capability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) preparing graphene film, comprising (i) growing graphene film on metal substrate by vapor deposition, and (ii) placing graphene film obtained in step (i) and placing halogenated aromatic hydrocarbon compound in an aqueous ammonia, heating and reacting, washing after completion of the reaction, centrifuging, performing suction filtration and vacuum drying; and (2) aryl graphene barrier film, comprising arylated graphene film.
