NOVELTY - Preparation of masterbatch involves: (1) dispersing graphene in a dispersant to form a graphene solution; (2) adding polyethylene, silane coupling agent, additive and the graphene solution to a blender, mixing, extruding and pelletizing to obtain modified polyethylene; and (3) adding the modified polyethylene and modified titanium dioxide to blender, mixing, extruding, and pelletizing. USE - Preparation of masterbatch (claimed) used for polyurethane waterproof moisture-permeable membrane in fabric for functional clothes. ADVANTAGE - The method provides masterbatch, which can improve the contradiction between water pressure resistance and moisture permeability of polyurethane membrane. The water pressure resistance is ≥ 12441.2 mm water. The moisture permeability is ≥ 25375.8 g/m2.day. The membrane ensures good wearing comfort.
