▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Conductive leather material comprises base fabric and cortex, where the preparation of base fabric comprises (i) adding polytetrahydrofuran ether glycol, diphenylmethane diisocyanate and acidified graphene powder into flask under condition of 60-70℃, stirring until temperature of mixture is constant, reacting at 75-85℃ for 3-4 hours to obtain prepolymer C, (ii) stirring and mixing castor oil, polytetrahydrofuran ether glycol, chain extender and catalyst, preheating to 75-80℃ to obtain hot mixture, (iii) adding hot mixture into prepolymer C, stirring to mix and remove air bubbles, and solidifying at 80-90℃, transferring cured product to kneader, and kneading to obtain conductive composite material, and (iv) spinning conductive composite material with melt spinning machine to obtain conductive fibers, ventilating and allowing to stand conductive fibers, drying and drawing to obtain conductive fibers, and weft-knitting conductive fibers to obtain base cloth. USE - The conductive leather material is useful for high-grade gloves (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The material: is soft and breathable; has leather layer, which is not easy to separate from base fabric, and 5×1035×104Ω1.cm1 electrical conductivity of the leather, which meets requirements of conductive gloves. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparing conductive leather material, comprising stirring and mixing prepolymer A, prepolymer B, acidified graphene powder, delayed catalyst and foam stabilizer based on dosage ratio of 30 g:70 g:5-8 g:0.3 g:1 g, uniformly applying mixed material on base cloth, controlling thickness of coating to 0.4-0.6 mm, and curing at 130±5℃ for 7 minutes to obtain conductive leather.
