NOVELTY - Conductive composite material comprises 82-92 pts. wt. copolymerized polypropylene resin, 4-8 pts. wt. antistatic master batch, 2-5 pts. wt. TPX (Polyolefin-based resin) master batch and 2-5 pts. wt. pressing auxiliary agent. The antistatic masterbatch is prepared by heating and melting at least one of carbon nanotubes and carbon fibers and an antistatic agent, extruding, and granulating. The TPX(Polyolefin-based resin) masterbatch is prepared from heating, melting, extruding, and granulating graphene, white carbon black, and TPX(Polyolefin-based resin). USE - The conductive composite material is useful in automobile industry, household appliance, pipe material, and mechanical parts manufacturing. ADVANTAGE - The conductive composite material: has very low volume resistivity, high gloss, low surface residue and excellent mechanical performance; and is economical. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing conductive composite material, comprising (i) taking copolymerized polypropylene resin, antistatic master batch, TPX (Polyolefin-based resin) master batch and pressing auxiliary agent; and (ii) sending the substance obtained in the step (i) into a double-screw extruder, melting, extruding, cooling, cutting, vibrating, screening, storing and packaging.
