NOVELTY - Preparing graphene composite film, involves (a) preparing polyacrylonitrile pre-oxidized wire into polyacrylonitrile mesh; (b) adding predetermined amount of graphite oxide into deionized water and dispersing to prepare graphene oxide slurry; (c) coating graphene oxide slurry with specified thickness on the polyacrylonitrile mesh to obtain composite membrane; (d) performing carbonization treatment and graphitization treatment of the composite film under different specified environmental conditions to obtain initial graphene composite film; and (e) calendaring initial graphene composite film to obtain final graphene composite film. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene composite film used in electronic device. ADVANTAGE - The method can enhance the chemical bonding force and effectively avoid the generation of microcracks.
