▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Three dimensional printing cellulose/nano-inorganic filler composite gel ink, comprises a cellulose-based composite gel aqueous solution with nano-inorganic materials as fillers and cellulose as a polymer matrix, i.e. 15-20 pts. wt. nano-inorganic filler dispersion, 90-100 pts. wt. cellulose dispersion, and 1-2 pts. wt. chemical crosslinking agent. The addition amount of nano-inorganic filler in the nano-inorganic filler dispersion is 0.5-30 wt.%, and the addition amount of fiber in the cellulose dispersion is 4-6 wt.%. USE - The polymer-reinforced composite material is useful in electronic devices and electronic packaging. ADVANTAGE - The method is efficient, the prepared gel ink has good biocompatibility, mechanical properties and environmental friendliness, and the polymer matrix has a wide range of sources and low raw material costs. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the 3D printing cellulose/nano-inorganic filler composite gel ink, comprising (i) adding a quantitative amount of nano-inorganic filler into deionized water, and ultrasonically dispersing to obtain a uniformly dispersed nano-inorganic filler dispersion; (ii) pre-cooling quantitative amount of cotton linters, adding the alkali/urea solution to a specified temperature, and stirring quickly to obtain a cellulose dispersion; adding the nano-inorganic filler dispersion to the cellulose, stirring vigorously in the dispersion to obtain a mixed dispersion of cellulose/nano-inorganic filler; (iii) stirring mixed dispersion of cellulose/nano-inorganic filler vigorously under a set temperature, and slowly adding chemical cross-linking agent dropwise to make it partially cross-linked, and removing the mixed dispersion by centrifugation, allowing the air bubbles in the liquid to stand still under a set temperature condition to obtain a partially cross-linked 3D printing cellulose/nano-inorganic filler composite gel-like ink.
