NOVELTY - A rubber-plastic insulating foam material comprises 40-60 pts. wt. ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, 10-18 pts. wt. natural rubber, 6-10 pts. wt. ethylene propylene diene monomer rubber, 20-25 pts. wt. low-density polyethylene, 4-6 pts. wt. liquid MQ silicone resin, 1-3 pts. wt. isobutyltriethoxysilane, 2-3 pts. wt. octyltriethoxysilane, 1-2 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 1-4 pts. wt. polydiallyldimethylammonium chloride, 1-3 pts. wt. dimethyl carbonate, 2-3 pts. wt. flame retardant, and 2-6 pts. wt. foaming agent. USE - Rubber-plastic insulating foam material. ADVANTAGE - The rubber-plastic insulating foam material has good insulation and heat insulation effects, as compared to the existing foam material. The foam material can effectively resist aging and cracking, and has improved service life. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the rubber-plastic insulating foam material, which involves (i) adding liquid MQ silicone resin to isobutyltriethoxysilane and octyltriethoxysilane, mixing and stirring uniformly to obtain a composite material for use, (ii) mixing ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer with low-density polyethylene and polydiallyldimethylammonium chloride, adding graphene oxide, placing in a reactor, increasing the temperature to 120-150degrees Celsius and performing high-speed mechanical stirring to obtain a modified base material for use, (iii) mixing the foaming agent with the composite material, placing in a stirring tank, stirring evenly, adding dimethyl carbonate and continuously stirring to obtain a mixture for use, (iv) adding the modified base material to natural rubber, ethylene propylene diene monomer rubber and flame retardant in Banbury mixer, mixing at a multi-stage temperature, adding the mixture, continuously mixing for 15-20 minutes, extruding and granulating to obtain a masterbatch for use, and (v) placing the masterbatch in a mold to increase the temperature and foam for a time (t1), passing to a plate vulcanizer to perform vulcanization foaming treatment, and cooling.
