NOVELTY - The system has a box body whose top outer wall is connected with a feeding port and a discharging port. An inner wall of the discharge port is provided with a sealing plug. A stirring mechanism (2) is provided at an inner side of the box body, and includes a driving roller (11), three driven rollers (14) and a transmission chain (12). The transmission chain is connected with the driving roller and the driven rollers. The driving rollers are distributed in a triangle. An outer walls of the driving roller are fixedly connected with a first rotating rod (8). The driven rollers are fixed on an outer wall of a second rotating rod (13). The first and second rotating rods are rotatably connected to the box body through a bearing. A spring is fixedly connected between the fixing frame and the transmission chain. USE - Graphene thin film substrate pre-processing system for use in a photon and photoelectric device field. ADVANTAGE - The system prevents rotating effect of the blade from affecting stirring of the graphene. The system makes the rotating blade rotate while swinging to improve the stirring effect of the device to the graphene by double action of the plectrum and the balance plate.
