NOVELTY - An electric-conductor graphene film has a square resistance of 5-3000 Omega /m2, an excellent strength, and a thickness of 2-100 mu m. USE - An electric-conductor graphene film. ADVANTAGE - Preparation of the electric-conductor graphene film is simple and easy to operate. The obtained graphene film is advanced in good electric-conductivity, controllable thickness, tailorable shape, adjustable size, low cost and easily-amplified technique. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a self-assembly preparation method for the electric-conductor graphene film, comprising: (A) adding graphene powder and an auxiliary dispersing agent into a reactor according to the graphene powder-to-auxiliary dispersing agent mass ratio of 100-5:1, then adding a solvent into the reactor according to the solvent-to-graphene ratio of 1-10:1 (mL/mg), and performing ultrasonic shaking for 0.5-10 hours at an ultrasonic power of 20-300 W to obtain a well-dispersed graphene solution; (B) putting graphite oxide and the solvent in a beaker according to the graphite oxide-to-solvent ratio of 1-30:1 (mg/mL), and performing the ultrasonic shaking for 0.5-10 hours at the ultrasonic power of 20-300 W to obtain a well-dispersed graphene oxide solution; and (C) blending the graphene solution and the graphene oxide solution together according to the volume ratio of 1:0-10 until it is uniform, transferring it to a water bath at 5-90 degrees C which is lower than a boiling point of the solvent, keeping it in the water bath for 5 minutes to 3 hours, forming the graphene film which is self-assembled at a gas-liquid surface of the graphene, taking out the graphene film from the liquid surface, and drying it at normal temperature to obtain the electric-conductor graphene film.
