NOVELTY - Fast heat-absorbing and breathable fabric comprises 10-30 pts. wt. phase change material mixture, 20-60 pts. wt. synthetic fiber, 30-60 pts. wt. natural fiber, 1-10 pts. wt. auxiliary agent; where phase change material mixture is made of inorganic phase change material and polymer phase change material which comprises inorganic phase change material and polymer phase change material with weight ratio of 3:7; and method for preparing phase change material mixture involves adding inorganic phase change material to absolute ethanol and dispersing uniformly, and then homogenizing and turbid to obtain inorganic phase change material premix, where weight of absolute ethanol is 6-8 times weight of inorganic phase change materials; taking polymer phase change material and adding to glycol solution, heating in sealed manner at high temperature of 80-250 degrees C, and continuing to stir to obtain polymer phase change material premix. USE - Fast heat-absorbing and breathable fabric. ADVANTAGE - The fabric has good comfort and softness, and has fast heat absorption and breathability properties. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Fast heat-absorbing and breathable fabric comprises 10-30 pts. wt. phase change material mixture, 20-60 pts. wt. synthetic fiber, 30-60 pts. wt. natural fiber, 1-10 pts. wt. auxiliary agent; where phase change material mixture is made of inorganic phase change material and polymer phase change material which comprises inorganic phase change material and polymer phase change material with weight ratio of 3:7; and method for preparing phase change material mixture involves adding inorganic phase change material to absolute ethanol and dispersing uniformly, and then homogenizing and turbid to obtain inorganic phase change material premix, where weight of absolute ethanol is 6-8 times weight of inorganic phase change materials; taking polymer phase change material and adding to glycol solution, heating in sealed manner at high temperature of 80-250 degrees C, and continuing to stir to obtain polymer phase change material premix, where volume fraction of glycol solution is 60%, weight of ethylene glycol solution added is 3-6 times weight of polymer phase change material; taking inorganic phase change material premix and polymer phase change material premix in autoclave at weight ratio of 3:7, where temperature is 200-300 degrees C, and reacting for 2-3 hours to obtain phase change material mixture; and method for preparing fast heat-absorbing and breathable fabric involves crushing synthetic fibers, passing through 10-mesh sieve, and adding to smelter of high temperature to 250-300 degrees C to make melt to obtain synthetic fiber melt; adding phase change material mixture, continue heating for 30-60 minutes, and stirring at speed of 100-200 rotation/minute to make phase change material mixture and synthetic fiber melt which is uniformly mixed, and adding additives, then continue to stir for 30 minutes to obtain synthetic fiber mixed solution; placing synthetic fiber mixed solution in spinning machine and spinning to obtain synthetic fiber yarn; spinning of natural fiber to make natural fiber yarn; providing synthetic fiber yarn and natural fiber yarn which are spaced apart and spun into mixed yarn; weaving mixed yarn to obtain semi-finished fabric, and dyeing, setting and finishing semi-finished fabric to obtain finished fabric.
