NOVELTY - Flame retardant antistatic ethylene-propylene-diene monomer (EPDM) rubber material comprises 65-85 pts. wt. ethylene propylene diene monomer, 15-35 pts. wt. nitrile rubber, 2-5 pts. wt. polyethylene terephthalate, 2-8 pts. wt. silica, 3-11 pts. wt. graphene, 5-15 pts. wt. nano titanium dioxide, 2-7 pts. wt. polyacene nanoparticles, 1-2 pts. wt. zinc oxide, 0.3-1.5 pts. wt. magnesium oxide, 1-2 pts. wt. stearic acid, 1-2 pts. wt. dicumyl peroxide, 0.5-1.2 pts. wt. sulfur, 0.1-0.8 pts. wt. trimethylolpropane triacrylate, 1-3 pts. wt. acrylonitrile grafted ethylene propylene diene monomer, 1-2 pts. wt. accelerator, 2-5 pts. wt. anti-aging agent, 5-12 pts. wt. flame retardant, 0.5-2 pts. wt. octadecylmethyldihydroxyethylammonium bromide and 0.8-1.9 pts. wt. polyoxyethylene stearate. The flame retardant is aluminum diethylphosphinate, melamine polyphosphate, aluminum hydroxide, carbon microspheres, ammonium polyphosphate in a weight ratio of 2-10:1-4:2-11:3-5:1-9. USE - Flame retardant antistatic ethylene-propylene-diene monomer (EPDM) rubber material. ADVANTAGE - The flame retardant antistatic ethylene-propylene-diene monomer (EPDM) rubber material has high strength, heat resistance, and flame retardant performance, good antistatic property.
