NOVELTY - A tin oxide doped graphene composite comprises graphene used as framework. Tin oxide is doped on graphene to form composite material with sponge-like three-dimensional structure. The mass ratio of graphene to doped tin oxide is 1:(3-7). The particle size of doped tin oxide is 3-20 nm. The dopant elements are tungsten, fluorine and lead. The atomic ratio of dopant element and tin is 1:(0.01-100). USE - Tin oxide doped graphene composite (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The composite has excellent electrochemical properties, high capacity, high cycle performance, high performance, high interface resistance, low load particle agglomeration, high structural stability and is prepared by simple process. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of tin oxide doped graphene composite.
