▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing magnesium alloy graphene modifier comprises (i) heating and melting the magnesium in the crucible to obtain the magnesium melt, introducing air or mixed gas by oxygen and rare gas at the top of the crucible, directly contacting the top part of the crucible and the mixed gas flowing air or flowing, where the volume percentage content of the oxygen in the mixed gas is 10-25%, (ii) continuously introducing the carbon monoxide gas into the magnesium melt for magnesium heat reaction to obtain the composite melt, where the mass percentage content of the graphene generated in the composite melt is 0.1-10%, the carbon monoxide gas and the magnesium melt generate magnesium heat reaction, ensuring the temperature of the top of the crucible is more than 300-176 degrees C, and the top of the crucible ignition is not involved in the reaction of the carbon monoxide gas, and (iii) allowing to stand composite melt, and solidifying composite melt to obtain the magnesium alloy graphene modifier. USE - The graphene modifier is useful in preparing magnesium alloy (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare magnesium alloy graphene modifier, which effectively controls the content of the magnesium oxide in the reaction product, realizes grain refining to the base magnesium, changes the shape of the eutectic structure and makes the casting obtain ideal mechanical property.
