NOVELTY - Graphene pre-filming agent comprises 5-10 wt.% aqueous resin dispersion, 1-10 wt.% organosilane, 0.5-3 wt.% stabilizer, 0.1-2 wt.% graphite, 0.1-0.5 wt.% nano-zinc powder, 0.1-0.5 wt.% nitrate, 1-5 wt.% auxiliary solvent and rest is de-ionized water. The graphene pre-filming agent is prepared by adding 80-90 wt.% of total amount of required water to stirred tank and adding co-solvent, stirring and mixing uniformly to obtain mixed material. The method involves adding 60-70 wt.% of organosilane to the tank, and mixing with aqueous resin dispersion with agitation to obtain graphene dispersion. USE - Graphene pre-filming agent for surface treatment before metal coating (claimed), and for painting, powder painting or cathode electrophoretic coating such as metal processing production. ADVANTAGE - The graphene pre-filming agent is environmental-friendly, has high film forming efficiency, reaches purpose of temporary rust prevention before coating step, and excellent index. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Graphene pre-filming agent comprises 5-10 wt.% aqueous resin dispersion, 1-10 wt.% organosilane, 0.5-3 wt.% stabilizer, 0.1-2 wt.% graphite, 0.1-0.5 wt.% nano-zinc powder, 0.1-0.5 wt.% nitrate, 1-5 wt.% auxiliary solvent and rest is de-ionized water. The graphene pre-filming agent is prepared by adding 80-90 wt.% of total amount of required water to stirred tank and adding co-solvent, stirring and mixing uniformly to obtain mixed material. The graphene dispersion is slowly added to tank, stirred and mixed, and is added with nano-zinc powder, and then stirred and mixed to obtain mixed material. The remaining amount of water is added to tank, stirred and mixed uniformly to obtain final agent.
