NOVELTY - Preparing graphene modified polyamide hot melt adhesive comprises e.g. dispersing graphene oxide in a mixed solvent of water and ethanol to obtain graphene oxide dispersion, reacting graphene oxide with aminosilane coupling agent in a graphene oxide dispersion under the action of basic catalyst and washing to neutral to obtain the reaction product, reacting reaction product with reducing agent in water as reaction medium, washing to neutral, dispersing in water to obtain modified graphene dispersion and mixing raw material of polyamide hot melt adhesive with modified graphene dispersion. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene modified polyamide hot melt adhesive. ADVANTAGE - The adhesive has excellent thermal conductivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing graphene modified polyamide hot melt adhesive comprises (i) dispersing graphene oxide in a mixed solvent of water and ethanol to obtain graphene oxide dispersion, (ii) reacting graphene oxide with aminosilane coupling agent in a graphene oxide dispersion under the action of basic catalyst and washing to neutral to obtain the reaction product, (iii) reacting reaction product obtained in step (ii) with reducing agent in water as reaction medium, washing to neutral, dispersing in water to obtain modified graphene dispersion, and (iv) mixing raw material of polyamide hot melt adhesive with modified graphene dispersion under inert atmosphere, stirring reaction at 140 degrees C for 1-3 hours, heating at 200-280 degrees C under 1.5-2.5 MPa, stirring reaction for 2-8 hours and then vacuum extracting reaction to obtain final product. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for graphene modified polyamide hot melt adhesive obtained by above mentioned method.
