NOVELTY - Continuous mass production of graphene using thermal plasma comprises (a) generating plasma by injecting inert gas into plasma device, (b) injecting expandable graphite and intercalation graphite into the plasma device by controlling injection rate, (c) exfoliating graphene by expanding expanded graphite and intercalation graphite by thermal plasma treatment, (d) drying exfoliated graphene by hot air, and (e) obtaining dried graphene. USE - The method is useful for continuous mass production of graphene using thermal plasma. ADVANTAGE - The method produces graphene having various expansion rates by simple operation of adjusting injection speed by changing plasma chamber to quartz; and improves utilization of graphene having low expansion rate. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for device (100) for continuous mass production of graphene using thermal plasma, comprising a graphite injector for injecting expanded graphite and intercalation graphite by adjusting the injection speed, a plasma generator (120) for generating plasma using inert gas when the expanded graphite and the intercalated graphite are injected from the graphite injector, a quartz tube (130) for moving the graphene exfoliated by plasma generator, and a hot air dryer (140) for drying the graphene moving through the quartz tube.
