NOVELTY - The method involves preparing (S1) graphite powder and auxiliary materials. The prepared auxiliary materials and the prepared graphite powder are placed (S2) into a stirrer for uniformly mixing raw materials. The raw materials are stirred (S3) to required quantity of a product. Divided material is placed (S4) into a mold to move down and press using a hydraulic press. Heating material in the mold is vulcanized (S5). Cooling water is injected (S6) into the mold. A cooling pipe is arranged in a S-type structure in the mold. A heat exchange water tank is arranged (S7) in a waste heat tank. A formed product is ejected (S8) out of the mold using an ejector cylinder after a product is cooled and formed. Burrs of the formed product are trimmed and polished (S9). A polishing product is packaged and sold. USE - Method for realizing application of graphene graphite powder in different fields. Uses include but are not limited to material science, micro-nano processing, energy, biomedical and drug delivery fields. ADVANTAGE - The method ensures stable heat radiating performance of metal material with portable weight and realizing convenient and simple processing operation to effectively improve radiating efficiency and radiator surface wave-shaped processing effect, thus increasing contact area between the radiator and air and effectively reducing processing cost.
