NOVELTY - Composite coating on steel surface comprises 20-30 pts. wt. 2-tert-butylamino-4-ethylamino-6-methylthio-1,3,5-triazine, 13-17 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 300-400 pts. wt. aqueous acrylic modified epoxy resin, 20-30 pts. wt. methyltetrahydrophthalic anhydride, 20-30 pts. wt. methyl nadic anhydride, 10-20 pts. wt. pyromellitic anhydride. USE - The composite coating on steel surface is useful for coating pipelines and ships in the ocean (claims). ADVANTAGE - The composite coating has excellent corrosion resistance, preventes seawater from corroding steel materials, has anti-friction properties and anti-cyanobacterial properties. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing composite coating on a steel surface comprising taking 2-tert-butylamino-4-ethylamino-6-methylthio-1,3,5-triazine and isopropanol and stirring, (ii) taking graphene oxide and deionized water, heating at water bath at 40 degrees C and performing magnetic stirring until the to dissolve graphene oxide, (iii) slowly dropping graphene aqueous solution into 2-tert-butylamino-4-ethylamino-6-methylthio-1,3,5-triazine isopropanol solution, stirring, maintaining at 45 degrees C water bath during stirring, stirring for 2 hours, (iv) sealing the mixed liquid for 48 hours and ultrasonically processing 30 minutes to obtain modified graphene oxide, evaporating to remove excess isopropyl alcohol, (v) adding modified graphene oxide to the water-based acrylic modified epoxy resin and stirring while adding until the mixture is uniform, and (vi) mixing methyltetrahydrophthalic anhydride, methyl nadic anhydride and pyromellitic anhydride and adding into the epoxy resin, magnetic stirring for 2 hours, remove bubbles by ultrasound for 20 minutes.
