▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A high-strength anti-cracking concrete comprises 360-380 pts. wt. cement, 20-60 pts. wt. fly ash, 1030-1080 pts. wt. coarse aggregate, 650-700 pts. wt. fine aggregate, 100-110 pts. wt. mineral powder, 40-60 pts. wt. modified ceramsite, 6.2-10.5 pts. wt. polycarboxylate water reducer, 13-16 pts. wt. ceramic fibers, 40-60 pts. wt. chitosan microspheres, and 120-160 pts. wt. water. The modified ceramsite is prepared by (1) placing 0.5-1 pt. wt. rice husk ash, adding 1-2 pts. wt. to dopamine solution with concentration of 1 g/L, stirring at 45-50degrees Celsius, centrifuging, cleaning, obtaining pretreated rice husk ash, (2) mixing 0.3-0.5 pt. wt. pretreated rice husk ash with 0.6-1 pt. wt. polyethylene glycol and 1-2 pts. wt. anhydrous ethanol solution, obtaining modified rice husk ash solution, (3) vacuuming the porous ceramsite, immersing in modified rice husk ash solution, taking out, and encapsulating with encapsulation material. USE - High-strength anti-cracking concrete for high-rise building structures and long-span bridge structures. ADVANTAGE - The high strength anti-cracking concrete has high strength, strong crack resistance and excellent self-repairing effect, and reduces the inner and outer temperature difference caused by early hydration heat of concrete. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A high-strength anti-cracking concrete comprises 360-380 pts. wt. cement, 20-60 pts. wt. fly ash, 1030-1080 pts. wt. coarse aggregate, 650-700 pts. wt. fine aggregate, 100-110 pts. wt. mineral powder, 40-60 pts. wt. modified ceramsite, 6.2-10.5 pts. wt. polycarboxylate water reducer, 13-16 pts. wt. ceramic fibers, 40-60 pts. wt. chitosan microspheres, and 120-160 pts. wt. water. The modified ceramsite is prepared by (1) placing 0.5-1 pt. wt. rice husk ash under -(0.09-0.095) MPa for 30-40 minutes, adding 1-2 pts. wt. to dopamine solution with concentration of 1 g/L, stirring at 45-50degrees Celsius, centrifuging, cleaning, drying at 45-50degrees Celsius for 20-24 hours, obtaining pretreated rice husk ash, (2) mixing 0.3-0.5 pt. wt. pretreated rice husk ash with 0.6-1 pt. wt. polyethylene glycol and 1-2 pts. wt. anhydrous ethanol solution, stirring for 1-2 hours under vacuum condition, increasing the temperature to 45-50degrees Celsius under normal pressure, stirring for 3-4 hours, obtaining modified rice husk ash solution, (3) vacuuming porous ceramsite in a water bath at 70-80degrees Celsius, immersing in the modified rice husk ash solution, vacuuming for 2-3 hours, taking out the porous ceramsite, cooling at 5-10degrees Celsius for 2-3 hours, and encapsulating with encapsulation material. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the high-strength anti-cracking concrete.
