USE - Bipolar electrode is used for lithium-ion battery (claimed) for electric vehicle and mobile terminal. ADVANTAGE - The bipolar lithium-ion battery is non-combustible, has high negative electrode voltage, does not generate lithium dendritic crystal, with intrinsic high safety, far better than the traditional lithium-ion batteries, and uses aluminum foil as current collector, without copper foil, compared with the traditional lithium-ion battery cost is lower. It greatly reduces the non-active lead and battery shell and other battery structure components, the electrode material accounts for higher total mass ratio of the battery, the energy density is higher, the thermal runaway risk is small, the current distribution is more uniform, the internal resistance is smaller, the power density is high, and the thermal effect is low.
