NOVELTY - A high wear-resistant graphene lubricating oil comprises 50-90 pts. wt. base oil, 3-8 pts. wt. nano-graphene, 2-6 pts. wt. polyaniline-grafted graphene, 1-3 pts. wt. nano-zinc oxide, 1-4 pts. wt. dimethicone, 5-8 pts. wt. wear-resisting additive, 3-7 pts. wt. detergent, 1-5 pts. wt. dispersant, 1-2 pts. wt. pour point depressant and 1-15 pts. wt. viscosity index improver. USE - High wear-resistant graphene lubricating oil for engine. ADVANTAGE - The lubricating oil ensures excellent wear resistance and friction resistance of the engine, has low cost, excellent repairing function and no corrosive effect on the interior of the machine, and has preset viscosity level due to use of viscosity index improver having strong viscosity-increasing ability, excellent low-temperature performance, shear resistance and thermal oxidation performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for production of the lubricating oil, which involves adding base oil into a reaction vessel, controlling the temperature to 60-80℃, adding nano-graphene, polyaniline-grafted graphene, nano-zinc oxide and dimethicone, mixing uniformly, adding wear-resisting additive, detergent, dispersant, pour point depressant and viscosity index improver, stirring uniformly while heating and controlling the temperature at 50-60℃, stirring for 150-180 minutes, and filtering.
