NOVELTY - Water-permeable block comprises gravel and a bio-urethane-based adhesive, where the bio-urethane-based adhesive includes a first agent comprising polymeric methylenediphenyl diisocyanate (MDI) and an isocyanate monomer, and a second agent comprising bio-polyol, petroleum polyether polyol, and a catalyst mixed in a weight ratio of 100:10-30:3-15. USE - Used as water-permeable block. ADVANTAGE - The water-permeable block does not contain cement, thus it is environmentally-friendly; has excellent durability, high adhesive strength, flexural strength, and excellent hydrolysis resistance and durability; and absorbs rainwater like a sponge and permeates it downward. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for manufacturing water-permeable block, comprising (i) preparing a composition for a water-permeable block by mixing gravel and bio-urethane-based adhesive; and (b) molding the composition.
