▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A polypropylene composite material comprises 50-99 pts. wt. polypropylene resin, 0.01-0.2 pt. wt. graphene, and 0.05-1 pt. wt. hollow glass beads where the surface of the hollow glass beads is wrapped with graphene. USE - Polypropylene composite material used in automotive interior component (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene is wrapped on the outer surface of the hollow glass microspheres which improves the dispersibility of the graphene in the matrix resin thereby improving the scratch resistance, antistatic and mechanical properties of the material. The polypropylene composite material has the characteristics of scratch resistance, antistatic and high performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a preparation of the polypropylene composite material, which involves (1) drying the solvent-dispersed graphene, adding the hollow glass microbeads and graphene into a high-mixer at 40-60 degrees C and mixing uniformly such that the surface of the hollow glass microbeads is wrapped with graphene, (2) placing the mixed materials in step (1), adding polypropylene resin, toughening agent, lubricant, antioxidant, and processing aid into the extruder from the main discharge port, and the filling material through side feeding, the ratio of length to diameter of the extruder screw is 36-48:1, extruding and granulating after mixing, melting and homogenization, setting the temperature of the extruder at 80-120 degrees C in zone 1, 180-200 degrees C in zone 2-5, and 200-230 degrees C in other zones, and granulating.
