NOVELTY - Electro-galvanized steel sheet having excellent surface appearance comprises a steel substrate, a graphene layer formed on the steel substrate, and a zinc coating layer. USE - Used as an electro-galvanized steel sheet having excellent surface appearance (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method prevents epitaxial growth of zinc crystals during electro-galvanization, and prevents surface defects due to fine-scale residues on the steel sheet. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for manufacturing the electro-galvanized steel sheet comprises coating graphene on the surface of the steel substrate to form the graphene layer; and subjecting the surface of the graphene layer to electro-galvanization form the zinc coating layer, where the average thickness of the graphene layer is 1-100 nm.
