▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing graphene nanopore array comprises (i) distributing substrate film having nano needles on the surface as a mold, (ii) performing spin-coating of graphene suspension on the mold, allowing the graphene suspension to distribute on the surface of substrate film and nano needles and curing to obtain graphene film and (iii) applying force to the substrate film and allowing the needle tip of the nanoneedle to punctures the graphene film to obtain the product. USE - The nanopore array is useful in preparing graphene batteries (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method: is simple, efficient and economical; is fast, carried out under controllable conditions; utilizes simple equipments which solves the problem of high cost and low efficiency in preparing traditional nanopore arrays. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for graphene nanopore array prepared using above method.
