NOVELTY - The structure has a substrate connected with a contact metal ion layer for realizing electric insulation. The contact metal ion layer is arranged on a graphene wiring layer. The graphene wiring layer is fixedly connected to the substrate through the contact metal ion layer. The graphene wiring layer and the contact metal ion layer are formed as a circuit pattern shaped structure. The graphene wiring layer provides electrical connections to an electrical device. An insulating coating is made of epoxy resin. The substrate is made of quartz glass or sapphire material. USE - Light transmitting structure for a circuit board (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The structure realizes full transmission, high electrical conductivity and high thermal conductivity of a circuit board. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a method for manufacturing a light transmitting circuit board.
