▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Method for inducing and expressing microbial nanowire, involves inducing a microorganism to produce a microbial nanowire at an insufficient electron acceptor and suitable temperature, inducing a microorganism to produce a microbial nanowire without presence of a soluble electron acceptor, and using the electrode as only electron acceptor in the microbial electrochemical system to induce microorganism to generate the microbial nanowire. USE - The method is useful for inducing and expressing microbial nanowire. ADVANTAGE - The method induces and expresses nanowire, which has uniform size, good morphology and structure. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for purification method of microbial nanowires, which involves collecting the microbial expressing nanowires, suspending microbial expressing nanowires in 150 mM ethanolamine buffer, shearing the nanowires, removing cells by centrifugation, precipitating nanowires in the supernatant with 5-30% ammonium sulfate for overnight, centrifuging, resuspending the sediment in ethanolamine buffer, removing impurities by centrifugation, collecting the nanowires in the supernatant with 5-30% ammonium sulfate precipitation, centrifuging, resuspending nanowires in the precipitate in ethanolamine buffer, dialyzing with deionized water, and storing at 4degrees Celsius.
