NOVELTY - A graphene oxide-grafted polyoxyethylene compatibilizer-modified polypropylene-based bamboo-plastic cabinet panel comprises 70-80 pts. wt. bamboo powder, 20-30 pts. wt. polypropylene particles, 1-2 pts. wt. 12-hydroxystearic acid, 4-5 pts. wt. diacetone acrylamide, 5-8 pts. wt. butyl stearate, certain amount of anhydrous ethanol, 5-10 pts. wt. imidazolyl ionic liquid, 1-2 pts. wt. silane coupling agent, 0.1-0.2 pt. wt. antioxidant, 4-6 pts. wt. graphene oxide-grafted polyoxyethylene compatibilizer, and 2-3 pts. wt. nano-flux. USE - Graphene oxide-grafted polyoxyethylene compatibilizer-modified polypropylene-based bamboo-plastic cabinet panel (claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of graphene oxide-grafted polyoxyethylene compatibilizer-modified polypropylene-based bamboo-plastic cabinet panel, which involves (i) dehydrating and drying the bamboo powder, adding silane coupling agent, 12-hydroxystearic acid, and diacetone acrylamide, immersing in anhydrous ethanol mixed solution for 2-3 hours, filtering, and drying to obtain modified bamboo powder, (ii) mixing graphene oxide-grafted polyoxyethylene compatibilizer with butyl stearate uniformly to obtain material (a), (iii) mixing polypropylene particles with imidazolyl ionic liquid, adding nano-flux, melting, and granulating to obtain modified polypropylene particles, (iv) preheating modified bamboo powder, modified polypropylene particles, and material (a) in a high speed mixer at 60-80 degrees C, mixing for 40-50 minutes, adding other residual materials, heating at 80-100 degrees C, continuously mixing and stirring for 50-80 minutes, placing the mixture in molding plate, preheating for 20-30 minutes, molding at 150-165 degrees C for 4-5 minutes, cold pressing at 10-15 MPa for 3-5 minutes, and cold pressing at 12-15 MPa.
