NOVELTY - Method for preparing epoxy resin and silicone composite potting glue, involves (i) evacuating and stirring 45-65 pts. wt. epoxy resin, 10-20 pts. wt. alumina-coated graphene, 5-8 pts. wt. epoxy siloxane coupling agent and 5-10 pts. wt. dibenzyl phosphate in a high-speed disperser at room temperature for 70-90 minutes, and vacuuming at 0.15-0.25 MPa and stirring at 1000-1200 rpm to prepare a component (A), and (ii) adding 45-65 pts. wt. amino silicone oil, 5-8 pts. wt. amino silane coupling agent and 10-20 pts. wt. alumina-coated graphene to the high-speed disperser, vacuuming at a degree of 0.1-0.2 MPa, and stirring at room temperature and rotating speed of 800-1000 rpm for 30-50 minutes to prepare a component (B), where the weight ratio of component (A) and component (B) is 1:(1-2). USE - The method is useful for preparing epoxy resin and silicone composite potting glue. ADVANTAGE - The epoxy resin and silicone composite potting glue has excellent mechanical property, insulation, sealing, waterproof, thermal conductivity, flame retardance, chemical stability, bonding property and simple and easy potting operation. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for using the epoxy resin organic silicon composite potting glue, which involves taking the component (A) and component (B) according to weight of the designed epoxy resin and silicone compound encapsulant, mixing and uniformly stirring at 70-80 degrees C, melting the mixture into a liquid state, continuously stirring for 60-80 minutes, coating on the surface of the potted object, pre-curing at room temperature for 3-5 hours, and placing in a vacuum-drying oven at 120-150 degrees C at a constant temperature for 4-6 hours to completely cure.
