▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Corrosion-inhibiting polycarboxylic acid water reducing agent comprises 280-350 pts. wt. polyether macromonomer, 33.5-51.5 pts. wt. unsaturated carboxylic acid small monomer, 30-55 pts. wt. corrosion composition, 80.9-122.4 pts. wt. initiator, 10-25 pts. wt. liquid caustic soda, 1.5-3.5 pts. wt. hydrogen peroxide, and 400-600 pts. wt. water. The polyether macromonomer is chosen from methylaminoallyl alcohol polyoxypropylene ether or 2-amino-3-hydroxypropyl vinyl ether polyoxybutene ether. The corrosion inhibitor composition is carboxylated polyaniline trimer/hexadecyltrimethylammonium bromide modified graphene oxide or carboxylated polyaniline dimer/silane coupling agent modified graphene oxide. USE - As corrosion-inhibiting polycarboxylic acid water reducing agent. ADVANTAGE - The water reducing agent enhances anti-corrosion effect of steel bars as entire preparation process is easy to operate, and environmentally-friendly. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation method of the corrosion-inhibiting polycarboxylic acid water-reducing agent, which involves weighing all the polyether macromonomers, 7-15 pts. wt. unsaturated carboxylic acid small monomers and 150-300 pts. wt. water, stirring and dissolving, heating to 50-55 degrees C, adding hydrogen peroxide solution, sequentially adding initiator and the unsaturated carboxylic acid small monomer solution to the mixed material 1 to obtain mixed material 2, adding the corresponding amount of the corrosion-inhibiting composition to the second mixture, cooling after the heat preservation reaction, adding corresponding amount of the liquid caustic soda to adjust the pH, adding water, and obtaining corrosion-inhibiting polycarboxylic acid water reducing agent.
