NOVELTY - The heating sheet (5) has a hybrid heating sheet main body made of non-metal electric heating material, where preparation raw material of the non-metal electric heating material comprises reducing graphene oxide (2) and multi-wall carbon nanotubes (1). The reduction-oxidation graphene is prepared by heating graphene oxide. Preparation technique of the graphene oxide is selected from group consisting of Hummers technique, Hummers improving technique, Tour technique and improved Tour technique. Shape of the hybrid heating sheet main body is selected from a square sheet, a rectangular sheet, a circular sheet, a sphere and a cylinder. An electrode pair is printed on the hybrid heating sheet main body by a silver chloride conductive silver paste screen. USE - Reduced graphene oxide/multi-wall carbon nanotubes-based hybrid electric heating sheet for an electric heating device. Uses include but are not limited to a battery electrode material, a semiconductor device, a transparent display screen and a sensor. ADVANTAGE - The heating sheet has low processing cost, ultra-thin and soft effect, easy processing effect, optimal hybrid proportion, simple mixing mode, simple operating effect, better heat conducting effect and low conductivity, and ensures green and safety toxic and harmful substance protection performance without the need to add surface active agent and inert gas. The heating sheet can be heated by a battery and occupies less space.
