▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Surface plasma sensor based on photonic crystal fiber comprises a cladding provided with a circular arc curved surface and a polishing plane, and is provided with multiple air holes along the axial direction of a core. An air hole comprises two elliptical air holes symmetrically connected on left and right sides of the fiber core, and multiple circular air holes arranged in a regular triangular array. The circular air hole comprises five large circular air holes and multiple small circular air holes. The circle center of the circular air hole and the circle center of the fiber core is regular triangle. An indium tin oxide (ITO) film layer is connected on a polishing plane of the cladding and is provided with a layer of graphene layer. USE - Used as surface plasma sensor based on photonic crystal fiber. ADVANTAGE - The sensor detects refractive index range, and has better sensitivity and resolution than existing sensors, greater toughness of sensor than traditional D-type sensor, and potential for commercial application. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a schematic cross-sectional view of the surface plasma sensor based on photonic crystal fiber.
