DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing poly(ionic liquid) modified graphene-thermosetting resin composite material comprises (i) mixing 1 pts. wt. N-vinyl heterocyclic compound and 0.88-1.18 pts. wt. epichlorohydrin, under nitrogen atmosphere, heating, refluxing the reaction for 22-24 hours, washing, and drying to obtain ionic liquid monomer, (ii) dissolving 1 pts. wt. ionic liquid monomer obtained in step (i) in 10-20 pts. wt. methanol, adding 0.48-0.71 pts. wt. sodium tetrafluoroborate crystals, heating at 15-25 degrees C, stirring for 24-48 hours, filtering, vacuum distilling, drying to obtain epoxy functional ionic liquid monomer, (iii) taking 0.05-1 pts. wt. epoxy functional ionic liquid monomer obtained in step (ii) adding 1 pts. wt. graphene deionized water dispersion, mixing to obtain a uniform dispersion of graphene dispersed solution, adding 0.001-0.1 pts. wt. ethanol azobisisobutyronitrile, heating, refluxing for 22-24 hours, filtering, washing, and drying to obtain a modified polyethylene ionic liquid graphene hybrid material, (iv) adding 100 pts. wt. thermosetting resin and 1.05-2 pts. wt. ionic liquid-modified poly graphene hybrid material obtained in step (iii), mixing, subjecting to press curing, thermosetting resin curing and post-processing.
