▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing high-dispersion large-volume segment-modified graphene oxide comprises (i) adding 0.5-1 g graphene oxide to 100-150 ml of organic high-boiling solvent, stirring until the mixture is evenly mixed to obtain a mixed solution A, (ii) adding dehydrating agent to the mixed solution A to treat the surface of the graphene oxide, and reacting at 60-100 degrees C for 4-6 hours to obtain a mixed solution B, (iii) adding 0.1-0.2 g silanized diazide bisphenol hydrazine to the mixed solution B, slowly increasing the temperature to 120-140 degrees C, reacting for 4-6 hours, cooling and centrifuging to obtain black solid, (iv) using the black solid lotion, and washing repeatedly for many times and drying. USE - The method is useful for preparing high-dispersion large-volume segment-modified graphene oxide. ADVANTAGE - The modified graphene oxide: has excellent dispersion effect in organic solvent, good compatibility with silicone resin; slow the thermal degradation of silicone resin; and and high crosslinking degree of the material; and enhances steric effect and isolation inside resin and heat resistance of the material.
