NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene composite organosilicone packaging material includes taking 7-9 pts. wt. modified graphene oxide, 3-5 pts. wt. modified vinyl polysiloxane, 2-5 pts. wt. ethyl orthosilicate, 3-6 pts. wt. sodium fluosilicate, 1-1.5 pts. wt. methyl nadic anhydride, 18-20 pts. wt. epoxy resin, 0.5-1 pt. wt. aluminum powder, and 1-3 pts. wt. hydrogen-containing silicone oil crosslinking agent, heating and stirring to mix uniformly, adding the mixture in vacuum defoaming machine, defoaming for 5-7 hours, putting the mixture into a mold, solidifying at 230-240 degrees C and cooling. USE - Preparation of graphene composite organosilicone packaging material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method provides graphene composite organosilicone packaging material, which has small internal stress variation value after curing, excellent mechanical property and impact resistance, excellent product performance, and good UV radiation resistance and thermal properties by the use of modified vinyl polysiloxane. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of graphene composite organosilicone packaging material comprises preparing modified graphene oxide by weighing 5-7 pts. wt. graphene oxide, adding into 600-900 pts. wt. deionized water, adding 400-600 pts. wt. anhydrous ethanol, ultrasonically dispersing for 20-30 minutes at 300-400 W, adding 5-8 pts. wt. KH-560, continuously ultrasonically dispersing for 2-3 hours, centrifuging at 3000-4000 revolutions/minute (rpm), obtaining precipitates, washing with deionized water at 1:20 mass ratio for 4-6 times, adding the precipitates with 3-5 times hydrazine hydrate, ultrasonically dispersing at 180-250 W for 30-40 minutes, continuously ultrasonically processing for 4-6 hours at 70-75 degrees C, centrifuging to obtain precipitates, washing with deionized water until neutral, oven drying for 3-5 hours at 120-150 degrees C, and obtaining the modified graphene oxide, adding 45-50 pts. wt. vinyl polysiloxane and coupling agent into a sealed four-necked flask, uniformly stirring at room temperature for 1-2 hours, raising the temperature to 55-65 degrees C, stirring while dropwise adding 3-3.2 pts. wt. fluoromethyl methacrylate monomer and 3-3.5 pts. wt. catalyst mixed liquid, reacting for 3-4 hours, continuously stirring until the solution is transparent and does not layer, cooling to 28-30 degrees C, decompressing and distilling to remove toluene solvent, keeping the temperature for 1.5-2 hours, cooling to room temperature, vacuum defoaming, sealing, obtaining modified vinyl polysiloxane, storing, taking 7-9 pts. wt. modified graphene oxide, 3-5 pts. wt. modified vinyl polysiloxane, 2-5 pts. wt. ethyl orthosilicate, 3-6 pts. wt. sodium fluosilicate, 1-1.5 pts. wt. methyl nadic anhydride, 18-20 pts. wt. epoxy resin, 0.5-1 pt. wt. aluminum powder, and 1-3 pts. wt. hydrogen-containing silicone oil crosslinking agent, heating and stirring to mix uniformly, adding the mixture in vacuum defoaming machine, defoaming for 5-7 hours, putting the mixture into a mold, solidifying at 230-240 degrees C, cooling to room temperature, and obtaining the product.
