NOVELTY - Production of graphene nanomaterial involves microwave treating and ultrasonically processing expandable graphite to obtain slurry, centrifuging slurry and removing upper liquor to prepare graphene oxide, preparing mixed solution using aminobenzene sulfonic acid, adding mixed solution to ice water bath, dripping nitrous acid solution to obtain white sediment, filtering and cleaning white sediment to obtain diazo salt of sulfanilic acid, mixing graphene oxide and diazo salt of sulfanilic acid to obtain sulfonic group-modified graphene oxide slurry, baking graphene oxide slurry and pulverizing. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Production of graphene nanomaterial involves placing expandable graphite in a crucible, microwave treating on the expandable graphite, ultrasonically processing by adding the expandable graphite into a dispersing agent to obtain a slurry, centrifuging the slurry, dividing the slurry into upper and lower layers, removing the upper liquor to prepare graphene oxide, dispersing aminobenzene sulfonic acid into an acid solution to obtain a mixed solution, adding the mixed solution to ice water bath, dripping nitrous acid solution into the mixed solution to obtain a white sediment, filtering and cleaning the white sediment to obtain diazo salt of sulfanilic acid, mixing the graphene oxide and the diazo salt of sulfanilic acid, stirring, cleaning, and filtering the graphene oxide and the diazo salt of sulfanilic acid in the ice water bath to obtain sulfonic group-modified graphene oxide slurry, baking the sulfonic group-modified graphene oxide slurry until the slurry is dried and pulverizing the sulfonic group-modified graphene oxide.
