▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A lithium ion battery tin dioxide/graphene composite anode material is prepared by (1) dispersing graphene oxide in lower alcohol to obtain graphene oxide dispersion, (2) dissolving organic tin source in graphene oxide dispersion, heating, stirring at a constant temperature until the solvent is evaporated to dryness to obtain a brown viscous substance, (3) calcining the brown viscous substance in air and cooling to room temperature with a furnace to obtain final product. USE - Lithium ion battery tin dioxide/graphene composite anode material. ADVANTAGE - The lithium ion battery tin dioxide/graphene composite anode material has high electronic conductivity, ion conductivity, shortened ion diffusion channel, small volume effect and low reaction temperature, discharge capacity of 1846.8 mAh/g at 0.01-2.00 V and 50 mA/g, specific capacity of greater than or equal to 800 mAh/g after 10 cycles, specific capacity of greater than or equal to 500 mAh/g at 1 A/g and specific capacity of 400 mAh/g at 2.5 A/g, and is mass prepared by simple and economical processes.
