NOVELTY - Preparing graphene/silver nanowire composite film comprises mixing silver nanowire dispersion with graphene dispersion, depositing the mixed dispersion by electrostatic spray deposition on a metal substrate, forming graphene/silver nanowire composite film on the metal substrate, and separating the metal substrate from the composite film, drying the composite film, heat pressing and sintering to obtain the high thermal conductivity and high electric conductivity graphene/silver nanowire composite film. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene/silver nanowire composite film (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The composite film has high thermal conductivity, high electrical conductivity (claimed), large-size and uniform graphene dispersion of the sample. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing graphene/silver nanowire composite film comprises (i) dispersing the silver nanowire in N-methylpyrrolidone to obtain silver nanowire dispersion, (ii) dispersing graphene powder in N-methylpyrrolidone to obtain graphene dispersion, (iii) mixing silver nanowire dispersion with graphene dispersion, (iv) depositing the mixed dispersion by electrostatic spray deposition on a metal substrate, forming graphene/silver nanowire composite film on the metal substrate, and separating the metal substrate from the composite film, and (v) drying the composite film, heat pressing and sintering to obtain the high thermal conductivity and high electric conductivity graphene/silver nanowire composite film. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for the graphene/silver nanowire composite film prepared by the above method.
